Processing Times

All products are made to order. Orders are prepared and dispatched within 3 working days. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.

United Kingdom Delivery

Free Next-Day Delivery is available for UK orders. Delivery normally takes 1–2 working days after dispatch.

European Union Delivery

Standard International delivery normally takes 3–5 working days after dispatch. The shipping cost is shown at checkout.

International Delivery

We ship to selected countries worldwide. Standard International delivery normally takes 3–5 working days after dispatch. Available delivery services and shipping costs are shown at checkout after the customer enters their delivery address.

International delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs inspections, local carriers or circumstances outside our control.

Customs Duties and Taxes

Depending on the destination, customs duties, import taxes or other charges may apply. Any applicable charges will be displayed at checkout when supported. If they are not collected at checkout, the customer may be responsible for paying them upon delivery.

Order Tracking

When tracking is available, the customer will receive tracking information by email after the order has been dispatched.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Please contact us as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has been dispatched.

Lost or Damaged Orders
